Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time
After processing, delivery takes a further 3–10 working days depending on location. Orders are delivered by a local carrier in your region, which may be USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, DoorDash or Amazon. Delivery times are estimates and may change.

Shipping costs
• Free standard shipping to the USA, with tracking, on selected products that ship from our US warehouses.
• All other products are charged shipping and handling, calculated at checkout. Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship from
We fulfill orders from partner warehouses in the USA. Every order includes tracking. International customers receive tracking with their local carrier’s details.

Damaged or defective on arrival
We’re responsible for your package until it reaches your door. If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we’ll send a free replacement. We’re not responsible for damage caused by applying the wrong voltage or by misuse.
